• Prices are listed in euros (€), including taxes.
• Payment methods: Credit card, Apple Pay, or Stripe.
• The seller retains ownership of goods until full payment is received.

4. Ordering Process

To place an order:

2. Add items to your cart.
3. Confirm the order and provide payment details.
4. Receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is restricted to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Estimated delivery times are non-binding.
• The seller bears responsibility until goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified address.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from their purchase. To exercise this right:

• Return the items in their original condition at your expense.

Exceptions: Personalized or sealed goods unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by a two-year legal warranty of conformity under EU law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The seller is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party carriers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved under Estonian jurisdiction.
