    At buyphone, we currently do not offer customization or personalization services for our products. However, we are constantly exploring new ways to enhance our offerings, so stay tuned for updates!     Orders

    Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing all the details of your purchase. This includes the list of items ordered, your billing and shipping addresses, and the selected payment method.

    Most of our orders are shipped the same day if placed before 3 PM. However, delivery times may vary depending on the item and destination country:

    • Belgium: 24–48 hours
    • France, Germany, and the Netherlands: 48–72 hours

    We always strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible!

    Our shipping fees are determined based on the size and weight of the package. As a result, each product has a different shipping cost, which is calculated and displayed on your invoice. You can review the shipping costs for your current order directly from your shopping cart.

    Good news! Shipping is FREE for all orders over €79.

    Depending on the type of products you order, you will receive either an electronic invoice via email or a paper invoice included with your package.

    Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return their purchase, as per EU Directive 2011/83/UE. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and proof of purchase. Returns are at the customer's expense. Some items, such as personalized or opened products (e.g., software or media), are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 30 days of acceptance of the returned item, excluding shipping fees.

    Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer service before the order is processed or shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, as per EU Directive 2011/83/UE. In such cases, return shipping costs will apply.
